It is used for mold forming and curing of general rubber molding products.
Structure features
The machine has both manual and automatic operating actions. It uses PLC to automatic control the entire cycle process and has functions of mold closing, air prepressing keeping, low pressure air discharging(adjustable frequency and timing), automatic temperature control and display,automatic filling pressure, alarm when it is on curing time, automatic mold closing, automatic reset and shutdown. The temperature uniformity of hot plate surface can be controlled on less than ±1℃.
