This machine is suitable for continuous vulcanization of various rubber blanket, light conveyer belt, drive belt, printing blanket,rubber & plastic blanket, waterproofing membrane, heavy conveyer belt, rubber lining for ship or oil box and plate products etc.
Structure features
The whole machine consists of let-off device,rotary curing machine, wind up device and control system.
The mainframe is made up by curing drum roll, up and down adjusting rollers, tension roller, pressure belt(thin steel belt),base of the wall, transmission system, pressure belt tensioning system, correcting an error system of the pressure belt. It is flexible and reliable to correct an error from the manual pump or automatic hydraulic pump. |
